At present, there are 2 "furnace process" high-purity phosphoric acid production lines in operation, with an annual output of 150,000 tons of phosphoric acid. The specifications are included electronic grade, food grade, industry grade phosphoric acid and polyphosphoric acid. The phosphoric acid produced by the "furnace process" has less impurities and high product purity.
Electronic grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used for cleaning and etching of liquid crystal screens and non-chip-level precision electronic components;
Food Grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used as a clarifying agent, sour agent, and nutritional agent for yeast in food and beverages, used to produce food-grade phosphate, and used to react with ferrous sulfate to produce lithium iron phosphate cathode material;
Technical Grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used as metal surface treatment agent, organic reaction catalyst, refractory material additive, etc.
Polyphosphoric Acid (105%, 115%, 116%, 117%, 118%): used to make lithium hexafluorophosphate electrolyte, and also used in drug synthesis, pigment synthesis, catalyst synthesis, carbon fiber production, inorganic flame retardants, etc. Fine chemical industry.
